Researching
The working world is a space of constant change — shaped by digitalization, demographic shifts, and global challenges. To thrive in this dynamic environment, organizations must explore new pathways of innovation. The Inclusive Minds Lab creates exactly such spaces for transformative change.
As a performance artist and diversity coach, I am part of an interdisciplinary team where creative practices merge with expertise in diversity and inclusion. The lab brings together artists, researchers, and D&I professionals to accompany organizations on their journey toward a more inclusive and diverse future.
In this “laboratory of diversity,” I use performative and participatory methods to explore and convey complex topics around diversity and inclusion in transformative ways. Through artistic interventions and interactive formats, we create spaces for dialogue and reflection — enabling companies to see their work cultures from new perspectives.
Our approach is collaborative, research-driven, and impact-oriented — combining interdisciplinary teamwork with tailored solutions that respond to the specific needs of each organization. The Inclusive Minds Lab is part of the funding program “Soziale Innovation”, supported by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), and coordinated by kreHtiv Netzwerk e.V., Hannover GERMANY
